Gift wrapping and packaging

All items come in their own pretty little natural coloured jute gift sack, or gift box with an organza ribbon and bow or which ever is appropriate for the item
This is at no extra cost

If I order more than one item can they be shipped together to save on postage

If you are an international customer and you order more than one item at the same time I can ship them together and you will only pay the postage for one item, as long as they are going to the same address.

What if I can't find the coin that I am looking for

If you can't find the coin or item that you are looking for just message me, I may have it, as I have too many coins and items to list

My order hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

The estimated standard delivery times are as follows;

United Kingdom:- 1-5 business days
Europe:- 1-2 weeks
USA:- 1-3 weeks
Canada :-1-4 weeks
Rest of the world:- 1-4 weeks

International orders can very occasionally take up to 6 weeks to arrive if the parcel gets held up for a random check by border customs, by bad weather or by other unforeseen circumstances

My order has been damaged in transit, what should I do?

Whilst I do everything I can to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, I understand that accidents can sometimes happen, I will do my best to resolve any issues for you

Please message me on ETSY As soon as you receive your order including a couple of photos of the items you have received, and the packaging, I will respond within 24 hours of receiving your message.

Do you offer next day delivery?

If the delivery address is in the U.K. I can offer Royal Mail special delivery before 1pm or Royal Mail special delivery before 9am

I entered a wrong shipping address, what can I do?

Please contact me right away
If you give me the correct address br fore I ship your order, I can create your shipping label accordingly.
Please note, when you receive the shipment notification email from Etsy, it will still show the wrong address, because we can’t change your address recorded on your Etsy order.

Unfortunately if your order has already shipped I will not be able to redirect it
