    Frequently Asked Questions

My order has been damaged in transit, what should I do?

Whilst I do everything I can to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, I understand that accidents can sometimes happen, I will do my best to resolve any issues for you

Please message me on ETSY As soon as you receive your order including a couple of photos of the items you have received, and the packaging, I will respond within 24 hours of receiving your message.

Can I send a gift directly to the recipient

You are welcome to send a gift directly to the recipient. When ordering add the gift recipients address at checkout instead of your own.
You can also add a message, if you leave the message in the ‘note to QuirkyGirlWorkshop’ section as you order. The package will not contain a receipt.

My order seems to be taking a long time and the tracking has just stopped

If your order seems to be taking a while this could mean that your package is stuck in a backlog of mail unfortunately items of mail do not get scanned if this happens. We just have to be patient

I entered the wrong shipping address what can I do

    Please contact me right away
If you can give me the correct address before I ship your order, I can create your shipping label accordingly.
Please note, when you receive the shipment notification email from Etsy, it will still show the wrong address, because we can’t change your address recorded on your Etsy order.

Unfortunately if your order has already shipped I will not be able to redirect it

If I order more than one item can the be shipped together to save on shipping costs

If you order more than one item at the same time, I can ship them together and you will only pay the postage for one item, if they are going to the same address.
