Please note that shipping can be unpredictable, especially since the start of covid, shipping may take longer than the below estimates
The estimated (not guaranteed) standard delivery times are as follows;
United Kingdom:- 2 - 7 business days
Europe:- 1 - 3 weeks
USA:- 1 - 3weeks
Canada :- 1 - 6 weeks
Rest of the world:- 1-6 weeks
Please note there are severe delays in some airports in USA when a package is stuck in a backlog of mail it may not be scanned therefore the tracking will not update until the package clears the backlog.
If you are not in the U.K. and you order does not arrive in 6 - 8 weeks please message me on ETSY, be sure to include the delivery name and address in your message for conformation
Whilst I do everything I can to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, I understand that accidents can sometimes happen, I will do my best to resolve any issues for you
Please message me on ETSY As soon as you receive your order including a couple of photos of the items you have received, and the packaging, I will respond within 24 hours of receiving your message.
You are welcome to send a gift directly to the recipient. When ordering add the gift recipients address at checkout instead of your own.
You can also add a message, if you leave the message in the ‘note to QuirkyGirlWorkshop’ section as you order. The package will not contain a receipt.
Unfortunately this seems to be happening more since the start of worldwide pandemic.
If your order seems to be taking a while this could mean that your package is stuck in a backlog of mail unfortunately items of mail do not get scanned if this happens.
We just have to be patient until it clears when it will be scanned again however this may take several weeks because of the huge backlog of mail especially in some airports in the US.
The delays are because there are less customs officers and mail workers on duty because of illness and self isolating.
Those that are working are having to work with new distancing and hygiene rules.
Coupled with the above more people than ever are now shopping on line.

Please note, when you receive the shipment notification email from Etsy, it will still show the wrong address, because we can’t change your address recorded on your Etsy order.
Unfortunately if your order has already shipped I will not be able to redirect it
If you are an international customer and you order more than one item at the same time, I can ship them together and you will only pay the postage for one item, if they are going to the same address.
